All services at Soleus operate on a prior booking basis only.
All packages are non-refundable.
Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared or reassigned to another individual.
Each session is scheduled for 50-55 minutes. Session duration cannot be extended or adjusted in the event of late arrival.
Packages may be placed on hold only in cases of travel, severe injury, or medical emergency. Soleus reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including a signed letter from a medical professional or other reasonable proof, before approving such requests.
Packages are valid for a maximum of 5 weeks from the start date. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will lapse and will not be refunded or transferred.
All clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and socially appropriate manner at all times. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the premises.
At Soleus, we value the health, wellbeing, and time of our community - both clients and staff. Efficient scheduling allows us to maintain a high standard of service and provide focused, uninterrupted attention during every session.
This policy has been established to ensure fairness, consistency, and respect for everyone’s time. To maintain this standard:
All clients must notify the admin team at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
Adherence to this policy allows Soleus to operate smoothly and ensures continued access to high-quality training for all clients.
Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during sessions. Phone use on the gym floor and in treatment rooms is not permitted. Urgent calls should be taken outside the training area.
Clean indoor training shoes are mandatory before stepping onto the gym floor. Outdoor footwear must be removed prior to entry and can be stored under the designated bench in the waiting area (The Studio) or the designated shoe rack (The Annexe).
Food and beverages are not permitted beyond the waiting area, with the exception of bottled water and approved supplement drinks.
Clients are responsible for placing their bags in the designated storage areas provided.
Benches are reserved for seating and waiting purposes and must remain clear.
Clients must inform their trainer of any pain, discomfort, or existing injuries prior to the start of the session.
Punctuality is expected to ensure the full benefit of each session.
As clean indoor footwear is mandatory, clients are expected to help maintain mat hygiene by being mindful of movement across mats during sessions.
All equipment must be used under trainer supervision. Any damage, malfunction, or safety concern must be reported to staff immediately.
