Our philosophy is reflected directly in our brand name. The Soleus muscle, attached to the Achilles tendon, is one of the smaller and more neglected muscles of the human body. It is from where blood pumps back up to the heart, bringing power, strength, support, posture and balance. We work with you like this muscle works for your body - building resilience and strength from the ground up - resulting in tremendous long term impact.
With over a decade and a half of clinical expertise, Neville Wadia's philosophy at Soleus is built on the intersection of scientific precision and compassionate care, ensuring that every client - from elite athletes to those reclaiming their mobility - achieves a pain-free, high-performance lifestyle. By combining personal training, physiotherapy, pilates, and nutrition under the same roof - Soleus provides a total physical and mental solution centered directly around the indiviudal - removing the need to 'bounce' between individual specialists where crucial nuance is lost. The vision is not just designing workouts, but engineering human movement to empower clients to move the way their body was intended.
Neville’s career is defined by pioneering work. He introduced Hypoxic (Simulated Altitude) training in India, and his resume includes a tenure in Australia training Olympic swimmers ahead of the London Games. A qualified Exercise Professional (Fitness Australia) with an MBA from the University of South Australia, Neville is also a Master Rehab Trainer, specialising in exercise prescription that bridges the gap between rehabilitation and peak fitness.
“We want to create value in every single thing we do. To provide tools - a pathway and structure - that pushes the envelope and encourages growth.”
